How much does it cost?
There’s no price list. Every retainer is tailored to the scope, so tell us what you’re building and we’ll shape the number around it.
How does “unlimited requests, one at a time” actually work?
Submit as many requests as you want. They’re queued by priority and worked one at a time. Turnaround depends on the size of the ask — quick hits land in days, bigger builds get broken into milestones so something ships at every step. You always see what’s queued, what’s in progress, and what’s next.
Why not just hire in-house?
An in-house hire is one person, one skill set, and months of searching. Palace puts brand, web, app, motion and AI-driven creative under one creative director — starting this month, not next quarter.
How fast will I receive work?
Days, not months. Bigger builds get broken into pieces, so you’re never waiting on one big reveal.
What if I don’t like the work?
We revise until it’s right. Notes go in your portal, changes come back in days. If the direction’s wrong, we get on a call and reset it. A new direction is a new request.
